House Number Planter

It finally feels like fall here in the bay area. The Indian Summer here was pretty brutal, but it’s nice to be able to be outside with the fall leaves and not worry about getting scorched. If you are looking for a useful and fun plant project for the outdoors, consider this House Number Planter. These hardy succulents are survivors and will do just fine in warm weather and the lower degree temperatures that are ahead.
